We are always interested in hearing about new Java and J2EE topics (however purely commercial product pitches are not allowed). If you are interested in giving a presentation at one of our monthly meetings, please send a brief synopsis and your bio to the contact email and we’ll see if it meets our guidelines. As a “thank you” to our speaker, we provide them one free personal copy of IntelliJ IDEA, the excellent development environment for Java, Groovy, Grails, Spring, etc. (http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/).
Sponsors:
We offer sponsorship opportunities for up to five technical firms (we are currently full for recruiting firms). Sponsorship is for a one year term. The fee ranges from $200-$500 and provides you with several marketing opportunities such as a logo/link on our “Sponsors” page, a thank you message before each public meeting (approx 8/year) and a half meeting presentation (45 min) that can be used to promote a commercial product (which would not be allowed as a typical presentation topic) plus the presentation description & associated links will appear on our “Past Meeting Links”.
