This will be a somewhat informal meeting to cover the new G1 phone and the Android development platform. We expect to have a G1 phone to demo and will also look at the Android development framework/tools/process. We will show how to develop and run an application using the Android emulator and will also try to deploy the app to an actual G1 phone.
This will be a fun meeting given all the G1 hype lately. If you’ve been thinking about buying one, this is your chance to check it out in person.
